Bellissimo, reception molto gentile appena arrivati ci hanno dato un gelato gratis. Vicino alla stazione,camere con aria condizionata e riscaldamento, molto grandi (con due bagni!), macchina per il caffè e il tè,con frigorifero con bevande incluso nel prezzo.

hotel molto carino ed accogliente. Colazione molto buona, così come la stanza in cui si tiene.

Had a wonderful stay at GAIA Hotel Basel. We stayed as a couple with my grown children ages 18 and 21. They had a nice setup with 2 rooms that were separate, but connected by a small hallway that could be closed off. The service was excellent to help us with parking and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed very much. My only comment is the rooms were very clean, but felt slightly dated with carpet, older bedding, and pillows. Otherwise, the location near the train station was great and the Coop nearby fabulous. Service: 5
