You called 10 minutes ago to …Dearest Virginia, we were waiting for your review 30 seconds after hanging up the phone only for the arrogance and rudeness you showed in hanging up the phone in my face. your review leaves the time it finds. You called 10 minutes ago to book pizzas for September 29th, that is, tomorrow. Without having the flyer in front of her she asked for a 4 cheese red base and was kindly told that we don't do it. To the question "do you have the flyer?" You answered no and for the second time you were politely told that like all restaurants each one has its own menu and that in the meantime if you wanted to change your pinsa you could tell me the others and invite you to visit the site to consult the flyer. At this response she angrily hung up the phone in my face, leaving me to talk to myself. Now if she is used to feeling like she is in control of even places that do not belong to her, it is not our concern. We do not work with this type of clientele. We work with people who are courteous and helpful right from the start of the phone call. However, I would like to point out that giving a negative review does not put us as "restaurateurs" in a bad light but you as customers because fortunately we have the opportunity to reply and tell how things are going.
