We were at the Fraschetteria ai tre Archi on Friday 1st November 2024. I must say that I had seen some videos on Tik Tok where it was reviewed negatively, but I can say with great honesty that this is absolutely not the case... on the contrary... Really plentiful and quality starters, which satisfied everyone table of 14 people. (including children) But in any case the waiters came by several times to ask if we wanted to restock everything or even just one dish in particular. we then continued with 3 first courses of typical Roman cuisine, which were served to us directly in large pans that kept the temperature perfectly. Let's start with the Amatriciana, which was something sublime... fresh pasta that held up to cooking and blended perfectly with the sauce. We then continued with the Carbonara, where we basically even made the slipper with bread and we also tasted the cacio e pepe which blew us away! It was very rich, with the wine it went down beautifully! The menu also included meat with side dishes, but it was impossible given the abundance of what we had already eaten. The place presents itself in its originality, with the arrangement of ropes with hanging linen of extra large sizes, really very nice and this theme is repeated in the presentation of the appetizer served on a drying rack with clothespins. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful. (One diner had food allergies, we easily remedied it with something else) The owner was always present and asked the guests if everything was going well. Very nice and with a ready joke, in fact while I was plating the friends at my table, there was a nice exchange of jokes inherent to my way of doing things, which also made the other tables smile... but it was also a lot Kind. Really, my friends and I are from the province of Salerno, I wanted to rely on my sensations rather than videos on tik tok and I can say they absolutely do not reflect reality. I followed my instinct which did not betray me and we were all very satisfied. Everything was very warm and familiar, we felt at ease and above all FULL This was our experience and I hope it can help other people in their choice.
