Sono stata per un aperitivo in terrazza, tutto molto curato e il personale ti tratta veramente bene. Cibo ottimo, bellissima squadra! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

You pay for the views. A for atmosphere. A for the Aperol spritz. B for the food (good bread service, otherwise very mediocre & $$). C for the service (nice, but slooooooow servers, and embarrassingly small wine pours). Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €90–100

Wow! If I could give this business 0 stars for service I would. I HATE to be this person (and I normally am not) but man this was a tough one to have anything nice to say, other then the view was amazing. Our waiter was AWFUL. We had to wait over 30 minutes to even get a server to acknowledge our table and then another 15 minutes to get a drink/place our order. The waiter never came to check on us and we had to ask another waiter to bring our bill. We also saw the waiter and tried to get him to bring our bill. FINALLY, after 30 minutes my husband went up to him and stood right next to the waiter while he was delivering orders to another table and politely said " I do not want to make a scene but if I do not get my bill ASAP I will". He then promptly brought the bill. We are both over 55 years old and never in my life have I had such awful customer service. Again, the view was beautiful outside but that could not make up for the awful service. Food was ok but for the price this was absolutely awful. What made it worse is that we were there to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. :( Sorry Francy's- you need to do better with your servers for the price you want people to pay for their meals! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
