Ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale con la mia fidanzata mentre giravamo tra i mercatini di Natale. Ristorante davvero super carino e personale davvero gentile. Sono stati rapidissimi nel servirci e abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Abbiamo preso una fonduta (che per una persona va più che bene) ed una zuppa davvero squisita, super consigliato. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Truffel Fondue

The only positive point is the decor of the place. Because it’s already too noisy. Then Even with a reservation made a long time ago we had to wait approx. 20 minutes because supposedly our table was not ready... but after a long wait we were put at a table which was chosen on the spot and in the middle of the passage. This table was free since we arrived... Afterwards, the service is the worst for me, you feel the stress of the staff and they barely take the time to take the order and disappear... Only speaks English so too bad... After having finished the fondue dinner (which was not exceptional either), the waiter did not come by at any time to ask if we still wanted something to drink or if we wanted a dessert... after 1 hour having finished eat we then decided to leave and asked for the bill and then the waiter told us that they only accept card payments... great, I just intended to pay cash... in short, disappointed again... When paying, due to poor understanding due to the language, he barely spoke German, there was a mistake on the amount to be paid and even then the waiter gave a displeased look.... frankly not at all professional.
