On this Sunday afternoon of March 5, 2023, I decided to go to the “Fleur de pains” bakery in Morges to buy my snack. However, as soon as I entered the bakery, I was greeted by a saleswoman who seemed in a bad mood and who did not look me in the eye or even speak because her main concern seemed to be to make the store inventory. I politely asked her what products I was interested in, but she didn't even answer me. Once she was able to focus her attention on my request, I was FINALLY able to indicate what I wanted. I won't hide from you that the saleswoman was so unpleasant that I quickly lost all interest in what she had to offer. When it was time to pay, I could barely hear/understand the amount that was due because the saleswoman couldn't articulate and didn't seem to be making any effort. Additionally, she didn't seem to care about my displeasure and let me go without even apologizing. I was really disappointed with this experience, as I had always been a regular customer of this bakery and had always appreciated their fresh bread and courteous service. I left the “Fleur de pains” bakery with a very negative impression, and I promised myself I would never set foot there again. I hope that the management of this company takes steps to ensure that their employees treat their customers with respect and professionalism, so that no one else has an experience as unpleasant as mine.
