Siamo stati in questo locale una domenica sera. Nonostante fosse molto affollato, avevamo prenotato ed, anche se siamo arrivati in ritardo rispetto alla prenotazione ci hanno fatti subito accomodare. Per quella serata c'erano i funghi porcini freschi ed abbiamo preso tre pizze con i funghi porcini freschi. Veramente molto buona. Consigliato Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

WAIT I promised myself never to return to the Fiordifarina Bistrot two years ago now, given the negative experience (the tomato puree in the pizza is not a real puree but always has tomato pulp and peels) this forced me to send it back pizza in the past and make the decision not to return. But I am of the opinion that a second chance should always be given and so last Sunday I decided to go for dinner with a friend. Location: the bistro is well looked after and tidy, the green color dominates and the checked tablecloths make the atmosphere rustic and light. Cleanliness is excellent! Food: I don't discuss the quality of the raw materials or rather not all of them. The variety of the menu does not reflect my tastes, in fact the great classics of the Italian pizzeria are missing, so I decide to order a pizza without tomato with cooked ham and the person accompanying me instead orders a Regina Margherita, two very simple pizzas. Taking into account the evening cover charge which amounts to 3 euros and the wait lasting over 40 minutes, I expected that at least a basket of bread/grissini or in any case a welcome entrée would be served but this was not the case. I then decide to take a glass of prosecco and I get exactly two fingers poured, barely enough for a few sips. The wait continues in front of that empty table and after almost 50 minutes the pizzas arrive. I was horrified at the sight of mine, the size of the pizza was almost the size one usually makes for children (from the photos you can see the proportion compared to the plate) and in the center there were exactly two slices of ham full of fat (the photos will follow later ) embarrassed, I kindly ask for it to be brought back and for the menu to be given back to me. I therefore decide to take a Mare, the pizza is served to me shortly afterwards allowing me to start my dinner. In the meantime, however, a gentleman (I think the owner) approaches our table and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he questions my experience with quality products, claiming that the cooked ham on the pizza was good and even high quality. Since the beginning of the world, fat in cold cuts, unless they are lard or bacon, has reduced their quality. Service: I appreciate that the second pizza was served to me in a short time. The amount of work is certainly very high, there are many seats, so the pace around it is frenetic. However, thanks to their professionalism and kindness, the collaborators manage to maintain a sufficient standard. The sore point is the wait, too much, especially because in the meantime nothing is done to remedy the inconvenience (a basket of bread? A glass of wine offered?) pampering and attention that I would expect for a 3 euro cover charge. ATTENTION: I am not complaining about the quality of the raw materials in general but in particular from my experience, the pizza itself is good because the dough is made to perfection. But the slowness of the service, the little traditional choice, and the value for money make my experience very negative and for this reason I cannot give more than three stars. I won't return, this is obvious but that doesn't mean I don't recommend it, certainly given the large turnout they find approval from other palates.
