Fifl is a lovely Ethiopian restaurant nestled in Wiedikon. The lunch specials are, by Zurich standards, remarkably good value. The range of vegetarian and meat toppings are really nice. The only change I’d make to reach 5* is for the flatbreads to be firmer. By the time the food is with you, the toppings have wetter and softened those sections you can use it to tear and load with toppings. Service was great throughout. We had a wonderful experience at Filfl and chose the vegan dishes and a mixed salad as a starter. The rich eritrean dish was exquisite and the host such a nice welcoming person who even offered us his parking lot. Highly recommended!
