The Farhà restaurant, inside the well-known Excelsior hotel, was truly a wonderful discovery. The room has an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere (particularly at dinner), but at the same time manages to be informal and pleasant; the dishes are really well presented, well thought out and above all very tasty. The dining room staff is very courteous and professional. My advice is to try both the dinner service and the lunch buffet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very comfortable hotel stay for two nights and three days. The presentation ticket was the international breakfast (from 7 to 10), yes, but the attentive eye recognizes the selection of cakes and croissants of the Italian breakfast that the world envies us: apple, carrot and chocolate cake together with the variety of croissants from the simple one to the ones filled with cream or jam. Cappuccino and Lavazza coffee: I won't add anything other than that on the savory & international breakfast menu there was a selection of the best Apulian dairy tradition. "Good morning starts in the morning"! And then, to confirm what has already been written, the lunch break at the Fahrà Restaurant was very tasty. From the fresh and/or hot appetizers, to the pasta-based first courses: I chose the busiate with mozzarella and aubergines, excellent, but, since the view also plays its part, the aroma of the plain one with sausage was delicious. The choice of the second course was chicken breast with almonds with a side of vegetable ratatouille, aka 'caponata': delicate flavor despite the sweet and sour taste well balanced on the palate. The wine is excellent, the Primitivo amabile di Puglia. Super recommended! A hug to the sunny Antonella G. See you soon Annamaria Milano.
