My husband and I spent over a week at the Experimental during the Verbier summer music festival. It could not have been better. The service was polite and warm, the room lovely, comfortable, and immaculate. The desk attendants gave us prompt and friendly attention. The drivers to the concert venues were punctual & friendly. We could not have found better accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at Experimental Chalet Verbier this summer! From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful with our boys — who, let's be honest, aren't always the calmest or most chill kids — and they showed so much patience and warmth with them throughout our entire stay. It really made a difference to feel like our family was welcomed rather than just tolerated. The location is simply stunning, tucked right into the heart of Verbier with beautiful mountain views all around. Before we even arrived, the recommendations the hotel sent us were incredibly helpful — from restaurants to activities, everything they suggested ended up being spot on and saved us so much time planning. Breakfast was a real highlight every single morning, with a lovely spread we looked forward to each day. Between the setting, the service, and the little touches throughout, it all added up to a truly memorable trip. We'll definitely be back!
