This place is strange and I really do not get it. You would think that the first rule of working in a cafe would be customer interaction and service but it doesn’t appear so at the Eiscafe Gekko. The staff really don’t seem interested and I would go as far to say they don’t like people and especially children as they seem a real inconvenience. I said it was strange as one would think children and ice cream would go hand in hand and be good for business. There is a new Ice Cream Shop just around the corner on Unterer Graben which has much better Ice Cream and a better atmosphere.
