Whether you're familiar with Eritrean food or trying it for the first time, you'll be impressed by the rich, bold flavors that fill every bite. One of the unique aspects of Gibabo is the traditional way of eating, where you use injera, a soft, spongy flatbread, to scoop out your food. It really enhances the entire dining experience and makes it feel even more authentic. You can choose between a variety of dishes, with options for both mild and spicy flavors, so there's something for everyone, regardless of your spiciness tolerance.
