Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding. Dogs are indeed welcome at the Marina. However, they are not permitted on the terrace of our Veranda restaurant, in accordance with our internal policies. We fully understand that this may have been disappointing, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. At the same time, a 1/5 rating based solely on this point does not fully reflect the overall experience we strive to offer, including the quality of our service and cuisine.
