We have been regular customers of this Turkish restaurant for years, and it has always been a special place for us. The food used to be of very good quality, the portions were generous, the prices reasonable, and the service made us feel truly welcome. However, since the change of ownership, our experience has been very disappointing. The portion sizes have clearly decreased, while prices have increased, and the level of customer service has dropped significantly. We understand that prices may need to go up, but what is simply not acceptable is raising prices while at the same time reducing portions. What we were served was a large plate that was half empty, which felt very disappointing and poor value for money. We shared our concerns, but the owner responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. This is not an appropriate way to treat loyal customers who are simply expressing their dissatisfaction. Over the past five years, we have brought many friends and family to this restaurant. Unfortunately, from now on, we will no longer recommend it and will be looking for a better Turkish restaurant. I can't understand the bad comments. one cannot be this comfortable even in his own home :) . You can choose anything you like in Ege Market, no one is confused or asked. For those who say it's expensive, let's get a little bit of that now. Being a business owner is not easy, not easy at all! Good luck and good luck to you.
