Dunkin' Donuts è vicinissimo al Bellevue Square. Curatissimi ciambelle sono tra i migliori piatti da assaggiare in questo fast food. I clienti non apprezzano molto il caffè del fast food Dunkin' Donuts.
Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, il personale è piuttosto sveglio qui. Se vuoi avere un piacevole servizio, dovresti provare questo locale. La fichissima atmosfera potrebbe indurti a stare qui più a lungo di quanto pianificato originariamente. Never ordering from Dunkin' Donuts or Uber Eats Ch ever again. Ordered a 12er donut box at 18:25 and got charged around 40 chf for no food. Situation: The delivery guy called me mid-order to tell me DD had no donuts. However, neither DD or the delivery guy cancelled the order and the delivery guy hovered with his bike near the apartment, so it showed the order as delivered. Very fishy. Contacting DD and the delivery guy: When I tried to called them both, none of them picked up the phone and the delivery guy cancelled my calls. Worst customer service ever. Contacting Uber Eats Ch 'Support': When I tried to contact Uber Eats Ch Support, I sent at least 20 messages through the mobile app and was never contacted. When I went on the Uber Eats Ch Website, I clicked 'get help' and eventually managed to request a refund. Good thing I paid with PayPal, which has Buyer Protection. I filed a PayPal case after all this. Post-Uber Eats Ch 'Support': Now Uber Eats Ch is saying I can't use their services, because I requested a charge-back via a payment provider, like PayPal. Uber Eats Ch says that if you get any money back, it won't be considered as a refund and that you can't use Uber Eats Ch / Uber Cars, until you pay them around 40 chf for food you never received. So they ban you for complaining that you never got your food and want your money back. Totally fair. They ban you for exercising your consumer rights. Not weird at all! When you do actually get your donuts from here, they're actually really good donuts. I ordered from them once before all this, actually received the donuts and they were great. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible when they've put you in a bad situation so I'm not ordering from this place again.
