Faced with a clarification of the order and evidence of an incorrect reading on his part, he preferred to raise his voice and threaten to close the place, refusing to acknowledge the error. Furthermore, he addressed our female staff in a disrespectful manner. Incidents like this do not reflect the type of environment we want to create for our customers. Furthermore, allow us to clarify one point: our daily commitment does not consist in following "fads", but in guaranteeing an experience that combines quality and authenticity. We are sorry that you were unable to fully enjoy the service, especially considering that our dining room staff had to intervene several times to inform you of the arrival of the meat, trying to prevent you from consuming it cold while you were out smoking. As for the bill, we would like to underline that the price reflects what was actually ordered: two rounds of appetizers, pizzas, four bottles of prosecco, tartare and some second courses. It was therefore not simply a matter of "appetizer and pizza", but of a complete dinner with significant consumption. We are proud of what we offer and our daily commitment.
