Just arrived from the airport. Was terribly thirsty, asked for a glass of water while waiting for the order. This is because of Sunday night and everything was closed. The staff refused to give me a glass of water although I almost begged for it saying they were busy with emptying the dishwasher. Incredibly rude and unprofessional but specifically this one young waitress. Otherwise, there is a different waitress who cannot be nicer and makes the best coffee in the world. Very sad and disappointing experience, made me cry with disbelief. Service: 1
