I am writing this to express my complete disgust with the treatment my friends and I received today at approximately 2:15 PM. We entered the establishment and, having missed the menu board outside, simply asked the staff member at the counter about their sandwich options. Instead of basic hospitality, we were met with pure hostility. The employee was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She snapped at us, claiming the menu was outside and essentially mocking us with comments like 'it’s not written on my forehead.' It is staggering that a business would hire someone so fundamentally incapable of interacting with human beings. This person is not just a 'bad employee'; she is an active liability and a total disgrace to your brand. If you value your customers, you need to address this toxic attitude immediately. As it stands, we will never return, and I will be sure to warn everyone I know to stay away. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Omg. Seriously one of the best Margaritas i have eaten. And the Sarajevski cevapi was very very good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €5–10
