Excellent... I had heard of Chez Sandro for several years without ever having been there. Don't make the same mistake as me, go for it it's just great. Traditional cuisine excellently prepared with just a touch of originality which gives it the maximum score. the raw ham as a starter is not to be missed, cut by hand, it is tender and melts in the mouth, not too salty, just enough, the tagliolini (homemade of course) with truffles are perfect and thighs Provençal-style frogs, succulent. the wine list offers an exhaustive choice of prestigious Italian wines but also a nice choice of local wines in harmony with the dishes. The place is "cosi" simple but warm and the terrace a small intimate corner. The Patroness watches over the grain with an expert eye and always with a pleasant word or an anecdote for these guests and the service is pleasant and efficient. In short... I look forward to going back to discover the rest of the menu and I can only invite you to go there.
