I had the pleasure of dining at Dapura Mia and it truly felt like a comforting taste of home. I tried Bakwan and Satay as starters the Rendang, Soto Betawi, Nasi Goreng, bebek goreng and Ikan Bumbu as my main course, telur gulung as dessert and each dish was beautifully seasoned, authentic, and cooked with heart. The rendang was tender and rich in spices, the soto had a creamy depth that instantly transported me to Jakarta, and the ikan bumbu was perfectly balanced, I’m so satisfying. Their homemade iced tea was refreshing and paired so well with the spices in the dishes. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into the preparation here. The service was warm and attentive, it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. And though the place is humble in size, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. A hidden gem in Zürich for anyone craving real Indonesian food.
