Excellent!! Really cute interior and exterior, food was creative and flavorful. We got the Carpaccio Eros (zucchini) and I got the Filet Rossini, which came topped with seared foie gras and shaved truffle Very good wines and friendly service. Odusevljen sam ljubaznim i profesionalnim konobarima. Hrana je preukusna. Prije glavnog jela posluzen mi je aperitiv-rakija od rogaca, zatim slani kolac od palente i gljiva, i nakon glavnog jela dobili smo po casicu rakije, to sve od strane kuce. Vrhunska restavracija, verjetno najboljša na Hvaru. Poskusili smo karpačo hobotnice, tune, mesni tartarski in tartarski tune, tuna steak, testenine s tartufi, mesna plošča, itd.. Vse je bilo odlično. The thousands of positive reviews are accurate—Delmatino is a must-visit while in Hvar. We went for an early dinner on a Saturday and were able to get a table, although many appeared reserved, so I’d recommend making a reservation, especially for weekends. The service was excellent; our server explained the wines in detail and even offered complimentary house-made liqueur shots. There was a small delay with dessert, but the team quickly resolved it, and the overall service remained top-notch. The food was enjoyable. I had the steak, which was decent, while my partner had the cuttlefish gnocchi—a perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented dish. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake, which I highly recommend; it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other places we tried in Hvar. We had an amazing dinner at Damaltino. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the “extra surprises” at the beginning and end of the meal made the experience even more special. Dining at Dalmatino was one of our highlights in Hvar! He gave us free drink(appetizer liquor&champagne, after one) for celebrating our honeymoon. He was really good at taking care of customers(especially Korean, his pronunciation is perfect and make some fun for us). Also we get a 10% discount because we paid by cash. My favourite restaurant in Croatia! Everything is exceptional from the food to the service. Stefan and the rest of the wait staff are brilliant. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the food. Denis the owner is creative and innovative and I always look forward to trying his latest creation. You can see the passion and love in all areas of the restaurant. I have tried many dishes over my visits and they have all been amazing! Everywhere i see 4.5/5 3.5/5 5/5 as ratings . This by far is a 10 on 5. From the first encounter with a Very Young Staff but professional and know their Job well. Next the little surprise of a local beverage then followed by a Sumptuous Amuse bouche just takes it one level higher. Then the food, the quality and the cooking to perfection go beyond boundaries. I will like to come back again and again however we leave tomorrow. We had a Great night / today, great food and wine and had a good laugh with the servers who remain just as discreet to leave you to your intimité. And that farewell local liqueur thanks ,the couple from Switzerland . Dietary restrictions: They enquire about any allergies once your choice has been made , to make sure that it will be ok. From the moment we walked in we were given amazing service. The waiters were extremely friendly, offering us a welcome drink, a little appetizer, and a farewell drink on the house.
