Nonostante sia un carnivoro, questo ristorante vegano e con prodotti regionali mi ha conquistato! Mix di sapori incredibili e orientaleggianti, personale amichevole e atmosfera accogliente. Consigliatissimo Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

One of the most beautiful places in Zurich to eat out. The food tastes fantastic, the drinks are prepared with a lot of love and the price-performance ratio is right. And what also impressed us was the attentive and warm service. Without exception, every employee we met made us feel welcome. The philosophy of the DAR is convincing and is actually lived! The DAR Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Zurich definitely has its appeal with creative, vegan dishes that taste very convincing and are beautifully presented. But the price-performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired, especially at brunch: CHF 49 per person plus drinks quickly adds up to over CHF 120 for two people. For what comes to the table, that's "cheeky" to say careful! to express. The dishes often consist of simple ingredients such as lettuce in Caesar salad and various small dishes that are certainly not expensive to buy - even if they are vegan and possibly organic. There are no exceptional or high-priced ingredients that could justify these high prices. Lettuce salad remains lettuce salad! About the service: The service is friendly, but has a bit of a “Berlin snout”, which is now part of Zurich.
