Adesso non voglio giustificare niente e nessuno; ma credo che sia assurdo non dire e far presente che il filetto è troppo cotto e non è come richiesto da lei. Per me non è una cosa normale non far presente allo staff una problematica di cottura o di un piatto sbagliato anche perché sarei stato disponibile nel sostituire il piatto immediatamente. Per il resto si propongono i piatti del giorno dato che non sono presenti nel menù ed ognuno in seguito rimarrà libero di scegliere ciò che vuol mangiare. Per quanto riguarda il vino se lei sceglieva una bottiglia da 25 euro invece che di 12 euro può darsi che il vino sarebbe stato più appetibile, ma purtroppo non conosciamo le tasche di tutti.More
