I had to wait a long time for my take out while other customers who came and ordered after me got their take out earlier than mine, probably he forgot to send my order to the kitchen or some other issues. When other members staff made the head waiter notice that i was waiting for a long time already, he told them to do not care about it because he knew what to do and how to handle this, he acted so rudely that it made me feel uneasy while watching at them discussing. When i finally got my order, he didn’t even apologize for the long waiting. I really think that the head waiter who works the dinner shift needs some more training and work on his attitude towards the customers and his colleagues. Unfortunately the bad experience didn’t end, once i got back at home i saw that the pizza “scrocchiarella” i ordered was supposed to have mortadella, pistachios, grana cheese and evo oil but it only had mortadella and nothing else, of course i had to pay the full price for it (14€). It was really a disappointing experience on many levels, sadly i saw other reviews that shared similar complaints but the answer from the business is always the same, obviously it’s an automatic response and it seems that they don’t really care about the customer’s opinion.
