Sono stata ieri, posizione ottima e posto tenuto molto bene! Trovo che gli igloo siano davvero un’idea creativa e accogliente, il servizio è eccellente e il direttore davvero cordiale e ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service is simply unacceptable. I live 5min from this place and went there multiple times at various times of day and with various waiters. The service was terrible every time. 25min wait for a cappuccino mid-morning, 15min wait to order a toast at 11:30am with just another table, and many similar cases, opening times delayed with waiters ignoring the clients despite many people already waiting. Such a shame to have such a terrible service in a place that would otherwise be very nice. Service: 1

CREA Lake Club is an absolute gem by Lake Lugano! The gelato is delicious, the aperitivo selection is fantastic, and the lakeside atmosphere is simply beautiful. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel special. Top customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, enjoy amazing food and drinks, and take in the stunning lake views!
