Il Art'Collections Museum è una grande attrazione per i turisti che vengono a mangiare in locale dopo lunghe camminate. I piatti della cucina fusion meritano di essere assaggiati qui. Vai al locale Crans Ambassador, an SLH Hotel per una pausa e prova la curatissima raclette. I cuochi qui preparano gustoso parfait. È una piacevole esperienza provare gli ottimi vino o champagne. Secondo l'opinione dei visitatori, qui servono un caffè davvero ottimo.
L'attento personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto meraviglioso. Questo locale assicura ai suoi clienti uno spettacolare servizio. Apprezzerai certamente l'ambiente confortevole e l'arredamento gradevole. Questo posto è classificato 4.6 nell'ambito del sistema di valutazione di Google.

Hotel lussuoso, moderno ma caldo e molto confortevole. Offre tutto ciò che un cliente possa desiderare per farsi coccolare e rilassarsi . 3 ristoranti con proposte tutte di ottima qualità e di alto livello. Tutto il personale é estremamente gentile, esperto, professionale ma al contempo cordiale e premuroso, sempre con il sorriso e una disponibilità encomiabili. SPA e area fitness di altissimo livello e servizio. Vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Ski center all interno della struttura servito da personale competentissimo e molto dinamico . Un grande Hotel davvero al Top di Crans Montana!

This is not a 5 star hotel. There are a lot of team members that are very kind and nice. However, we faced a lot of rude attitude and unprofessionalism. Firstly, charging 9 francs for a bottle of tap water that should be provided in the room? Well.. Secondly, first time a restaurant in the hotel didn’t manage to find a table for guests who have two rooms in the hotel. There was a table available outside, but the attitude was “there are other people, not much we can do”. Luckily, Six Senses managed to find a table for us at their brilliant Japanese restaurant. The worst thing is that online it says that there is an Air conditioner. There is NO AC in the room. No one told us about it. When I called reception, a person was very rude to me. The place is definitely very beautiful in a stunning location. But sadly we felt very unwelcome here. Service: 1

I deeply regret that you do not feel welcome here and I can assure you that this is not the impression that any of us wants to give you or your family. The satisfaction of our guests is our priority and I take your comments very much to heart. I can understand if you were suprised that you could not book a table with us for dinner last night however I know that both my colleagues from the restaurant offered you several options to accommodate you and your family but none were acceptable for you. Happy to read that you did enjoy your dinner at the Six Senses. As for the air condition, it is written nowhere on our hotel website that we have AC, as we all know perfectly well that we dont have it and we would not advertise on our own website something we can not offer. We only have one Suite with air condition and that is mentioned in the description of the Suite. Our aim is to offer all of our guests a memorable stay with us and I am really sorry that you are not satisfied. It would be my pleasure meeting you, should you wish, and am happy to assist you in anything you should need for the rest of your stay with us. Kindest regards Katja Marshall
