I recently stayed at Oliveto Sul Lago Agriturismo and it was perfect. The breathtaking views from every part of the property made our stay unforgettable. We stayed in the unique Chiasina room, which was unlike anything we’ve seen before. The restaurant is amazing and highly recommended for its delicious food. The staff is incredible, especially Francesco. He welcomed us upon arrival and was always available to help with anything we needed. His professionalism and knowledge of wines, oils, and the local area truly enhanced our experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful agriturismo with stunning views, unique accommodations, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Oliveto Sul Lago Agriturismo. Service: 5

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this hotel due to their unprofessional service. Despite planning my trip to Italy three months in advance and reserving my final night here to relax, I received an email on the day of check-in stating that my booking was canceled due to overbooking. This reason is unacceptable and illogical. Service: 1
