Reading your review saddens us deeply, as it does not reflect the values we stand for.On Sundays and Mondays, our kitchen is closed. Unfortunately, on that particular Sunday, our head chef was ill. Andrés, our manager, was simply preparing a meal for our staff in the kitchen. No food was being served to customers that day, but we completely understand how this situation could have been confusing and may have given the impression that some guests were being treated differently.Please accept our sincere apologies for this misunderstanding.What pains us most is that you felt any form of discrimination. At Cotton, every guest is a friend, whether it's their first visit or they are regulars. Our team is proudly multicultural, and we are committed to welcoming everyone with the same kindness, respect and genuine hospitality.
