La meraviglia di questo mix di sapori inediti mi ha trasportata. Ho assaporato con calma tutto per sentirne I sapori e, devo dire che questi ragazzi fanno davvero la differenza nel settore. Consiglio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Una piacevole scoperta accaduta per caso. Un posto dai gusti ricercati e dall’ottimo servizio, con una materia prima di grande qualità e lavorata alla perfezione. Aperto grazie a un sogno dei proprietari Celestino e Nelia, che curano nel dettaglio ogni portata. Molto consigliato, merita di farsi qualche km per andarlo a visitare. Aspettiamo la stella. I booked by telephone (as I had done on other occasions) for Easter Sunday for four people for lunch, fixed menu, had the menu sent, informed that for one person it would have to be changed for a second to be decided, went at 1.10 pm and it was closed, when contacted I was informed that they had not reached a certain number of people, I point out that they should have at least communicated, well... I think there is nothing else to comment on. Very bad P. S.: while I was writing I was told: "Hello, we're sorry for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding. We were actually waiting for confirmation of the reservation and the alternative menu, which had to be agreed upon. This is how we work. We are a restaurant. Surely if we had had confirmation of the number, the time and defined the menu first of all we would have opened, and secondly if we had not provided service we would have notified you in good time, as we did with others. We do not ask for deposits but we certainly ask for certain confirmations, on the number, the menu and the time. Yours seemed to us to be a simple request for information, like many others, to which we responded with courtesy and professionalism as usual. You understand well that we cannot contact and ask for confirmation from those who do not provide it themselves. We are certainly sorry, but confident in our work, recognized at every latitude, we wish you a good day." I think holding on to mirrors is difficult...
