We LOVED our cooking experience with Deborah in her home. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, personal, a great hands on instructor. The whole experience felt natural and easy. Her kitchen space is perfect for cooking, with herbs growing on the window. It’s just perfect. She accommodated our request for vegetarian cooking, included the dish we requested to cook, showed us all of the techniques, and explained each dish’s unique Sicilian qualities. It was wonderful. Highly recommended this cooking experience for anyone who wants to learn quality flavourful Sicilian cooking. And the limoncello at the end was superb. Thank you so much, Deborah!

It was such a lovely experience! Deborah was very kind and friendly, created warm atmosphere and shared with us Sicilian recipies and tradicions. The food we prepared was delicious and homey.

I went to Cooking Sicily with my 10 year old son. Deborah is a wonderful, very kind and understanding person and also a fantastic cook. We made fusilli ourselves and also cooked a casserole with regional and seasonal vegetables from the market. Deborah was always very patient and understanding with my child (and me ;-)). Everyone really enjoyed it and we learned a lot from it! Since the return flight was the next day, we were able to take the leftovers home with us for the next day. I can only recommend Cooking Sicily if you want to learn more about real Sicilian cuisine and cook yourself :-) We thank you for this wonderful experience!
