We had a fabulous experience! Gianni was very accommodating for those in our group with allergies (celiac and dairy). Gianni even made a completely dairy free tiramisu!

So special to go to the market, learn about great ingredients and delicious recipes. They made you feel like family! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

I highly.... highly recommend this. Of all the lovely and captivating experiences of Rome, ancient art and architecture, coffee and culture, this class was the highlight of our trip. Caesar embodies the warmth and vitality of family and food that permeates Italian life, and he brings you into it all. I have left for home inspired to recreate some of it in my own kitchen!
