Ignore the bad service and this place is actually a nice spot. Famous for their hot chocolate, which is always what I get if I am craving something sweet before a flight. You might get a bad termpered server sometimes but that's not because of Sprungli... That's just a Swiss thing -- they are not known for high quality customer service. Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Today at sprungli at 21.05 an incident occurred where I experienced violence, extreme rudeness, and aggression. I simply asked where the parking lot was, and the white employee with the grey hair and a beard verbally attacked me (called me motherfucker) and even made threatening gestures as if he wanted to hit me. At first, I addressed the other employees (who seemed to be afraid of him), but he did not allow me to ask a single question and immediately began attacking me. I aksed to speak with someone in charge and he said 'I am the boss'. Please take action against this rude aggressive neantherdal who ruin the confiseries image. If you need more detail to identify this man pls let me know. You can check the cameras to verify the incident. I have also informed the airport and I am preparing a lawsuit Service: 1
