Fantastic experience at Colle Adimari. Virginia was our host, delivering a passionate and highly interesting tour in perfect English. Her knowledge of the land and the wine that she has grown up with is superb, and it was brilliant to see the various methods of making wine, as well as the great range of wines on offer. Really enjoyed the food that was provided, and we were delighted to leave with some bottles of our favourite Chianti. Would recommend this wine tour to anyone.
