Cappuccino e briosche buoni, anche se 13 franchi per una colazione sono eccessivi. Il personale non parla l'italiano....

I ordered ham baguette sandwich from Edelweiss cafe (near passport control area). They don’t look Swiss, and certainly not very hygienic. Here’s why: When the cashier/server picked it up, he dropped the sandwich with the filling spilling out all over the tray. The server tried to put it together to serve it to me. It was so gross that I refused to take the sandwich. I asked for a new one and he put back the sandwich that fell on the tray back in the display cabinet for the next unknowing customer to take. The server was utterly gross and did not give a care in the world. I commented that tray may not be clean and he should not serve that sandwich anymore (think that mayonnaise and ham touched the tray!)- and he shrugged his shoulder as if to say “f-off”.The service was simply HORRIBLE and how these folks serving the customers dirty stuff is beyond GROSS. Who knows how these gross guys prep the food - and they could not care any less. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
