I was disappointed by the service I received during my visit. When I was ready to make payment, I raised my hand to get the attention of a staff member. He was serving another customer and told me to wait. I understood the situation, accepted it, and waited patiently for him to finish. However, after I had already agreed to wait and turned away, he spoke to me again in an impolite tone, saying, "Can you wait? I am serving a customer." I found this unnecessary, as I was already waiting and had not pressured him in any way. After he finished serving the other customer, he approached me and asked, "What do you want?" The tone of the interaction came across as rude and unprofessional. I was simply trying to make payment and felt that the situation could have been handled more respectfully. I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer service experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
