While strolling through the Seefeld area of Zurich on a Saturday, we found ourselves hungry and decided to stop by Co Chin Chin Brasserie on a whim — and what a delightful discovery it was. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful, transporting you straight into the French colonial era of Vietnam. From the elegant decor to the gentle background music at just the right volume, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was equally impressive. We started with summer rolls, followed by Bo La Lot and Bo Xao Rau Muong, and ended with a piece of cheesecake. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — fresh, vibrant, and truly delicious. A little tip: if you’re not very familiar with Vietnamese cuisine and feel a bit overwhelmed by the menu, I suggest starting with the “Entrée” and “Plats” sections. You’ll likely find something appealing there before diving deeper into the rest of the offerings. We arrived just before noon, and by around 1 PM the restaurant was already quite busy. If you’re planning to come during peak lunchtime, it’s a good idea to make a reservation.
