Ma pulite ogni tanto? Pesssimo locale, sporco e dipendenti che anche non sanno neanche cosa vuol dire lavorare in pulizia. Ma viene mai pulito e controllato il locale? Non farei mangiare neanche gli animali li dentro. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: CHF 10–20

Born 1951 San Francisco next door to Chinatown, I have always loved Cantonese food. Especially Char Su served with wok stirred fried bok choy and ladled over steamed white rice. As a teenager in the 60's we used to eat at the Woey Goey Loy buffet, where for $4.95 we could eat all the delicious fresh wokked cuisine we wanted. In my 20's, I opened Fat Fong's Chinese Takeout, that was an immediate success thanks to our chef from Guangzhou, Yank Sing. Customers would line up before we opened, so excellent was our food. And that is exactly what we discovered at China Fast & Good in Zurich, a super scrumptious authentic Chinese restaurant. My stomach was almost full from an excellent smash burger and fries that I had eaten just 20 minutes before. So I just ordered the beef fried rice enhanced by many pieces of New York steak, the battered chicken fried to perfection and the chubby egg rolls that were some of the very best in the world! The homemade sweet & sour sauce and red chili sauce were outstanding. My heartfelt congratulations to Loy and his team of expert chefs!!!
