Poco chiara la gestione dei servizi in particolare della zona wellness. Il sito rende accattivante tutto ciò che è Catrina mentre di fatto a seconda di dove alloggi i servizi NON sono accessibili

We stayed at the Catrina Experience in Disentis for a guys’ ski trip and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a perfect location: super close to the train station with easy access to the entire Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ski area. It’s just a short walk to the tram, which made everything convenient. We drove, but parking was easy with both free outdoor parking and a garage available. Our room was excellent for three guys—well laid out, very clean, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a bit dated but spotless and in perfect working condition. The sauna and pool area was really well done, though it’s a short walk from the main building. There’s a grocery store right across the street, which was incredibly handy for snacks, drinks, and quick meals. On the mountain side, our Epic passes worked flawlessly. Note that Disentis isn’t directly connected to the other parts of the ski area, so you’ll need the train or a car to reach them—but both options were quick and hassle-free. Ski rentals on-site were seamless for the one person in our group who needed them. Snow conditions didn’t let us ski all the way back to the hotel, so we took the tram both ways, which was simple and efficient. A real highlight was the chance to ski by full moonlight—one of those special European experiences you don’t get back home in the U.S. The hotel has an on-site restaurant (which we didn’t try) and a nice bar with the basics and very friendly staff. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but for more variety it’s easy to hop in the car or take the train to nearby towns. Overall, the Catrina Experience delivered everything we needed for a great ski trip: comfortable rooms, solid facilities, convenient location, and friendly service. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
