We are often guests at the Catrina Resort and also guests at the Stiva Grischa. We can always expect excellent food and excellent service. You can feel that the difficult task of satisfying all guests is lived with passion. The only shameful thing for us was that one evening a group of guests found the service unsatisfactory (which we couldn't understand), expressed this very unobjectively and ultimately loudly on an inhumane level. A big compliment to the waiter, who kept calm and didn't allow himself to be provoked by the group. Not even when he was attacked very personally. BRAVO!! We would definitely love to come back!!
