The food is good, but the service is terrible: forget about the sushi, only order Chinese, because the waiting times for sushi are interminable. We went to this place because it is an à la carte Asian restaurant that accepts the fork yums (exchanging 2000 gives you a €50 discount). Reservation for Sunday 20 October, 8pm, two people. Arrived on time, besides us there were 3 tables (one couple, and two tables of 3): all the tables seemed to have only Chinese food... and shortly after we hear the other couple complaining that they have been waiting for the sushi for a while '. This makes us suspicious but we don't give it any weight and order some sushi: 2 salmon sashimi, 2 portions of spicy salmon gunkan and a tiger special roll. 25 minutes of waiting and gunkan and sashimi arrive. With the place practically empty and only Chinese dishes at the tables, we cannot explain why at least the sashimi was not served immediately. In the meantime, one of the tables of 3 complains that a tiger roll sushi hasn't arrived and asks for it to be cancelled, but shortly afterwards it arrives and they eat it annoyed. Shortly after, the other couple who were in the restaurant, hearing yet another complaint about the non-arrival of the sushi, got up and left, causing it to be cancelled. The response given to the couple who asked to cancel the sushi at the cash register was "I'm sorry"... But you weren't really sorry since you repeated the same modus operandi with us... At around 8.30pm, our tiger roll arrives. Too small in diameter to be an à la carte sushi plate paid for €14. Given the wait, we were feeling hungry, but instead of leaving, we made the mistake of adding more dishes. This time the waitress warns us and says: we have to wait for the sushi. Our response was: yes, we noticed it, but that's okay. So we added 2 portions of mixed nigiri: a 34 and a 35 (the 34 has 8 pieces, 2 nigiri with salmon, 2 with tuna, 2 with prawns, 2 with sea bass), the 35 is the same but also has two nigiri with eel (total 10 pieces). In the meantime, two of the 3 tables have left, and two more couples have arrived: be careful, because we ordered the addition of the nigiri before the new arrivals. Another 20 minutes of waiting (and that's okay, we were aware of the timing at this time). Around 8.50pm the 34th arrives for my girlfriend. Here is the straw that broke the camel's back: the two plates of nigiri arrived 10 minutes apart from each other. After the arrival of my girlfriend's 34, they served sushi to one of the couples who arrived later (and who had ordered after our addition), and 10 minutes after the arrival of the 34, my 35 arrived (it's around 9pm :00). I tried 2-3 times to call the waiters to complain about the non-arrival of my dish together with the other nigiri, and I was always told "yes, I'm coming", but no one arrived. But I say, did it take a lot to come out with two (almost identical) nigiri-based dishes together? If the problem was the eel pieces you could have brought them in a separate saucer and had the 8 identical pieces come out each, but at least my girlfriend and I ate together... At the checkout I wasn't asked how it went... I usually make these complaints directly to the restaurant and not with reviews, but evidently they don't care about the customer's opinion. I'm so sorry because the dishes are good, but an hour for 7 dishes that don't require cooking (many of which were the same dish but x2) with the place half empty is scandalous. In the meantime, however, takeaway is a blast, apparently they don't take care of the customers in the room, but only the takeaway (even if I saw some riders waiting a bit before being able to collect). If I were to go again, I would only take Chinese food and if I had to experience the same delays, I would forget about it and amen.
