A big thank you to Boni, the wonderful man behind all the magic that is @casahowardofficial Guest house and @carduccis_one restaurant. This guy is the real deal. An inspiration and genius in design and food! Mitch and I were lucky enough to have a very intimate dinner cooked by the man himself. Boni runs Casa Howard and it’s obvious his taste is impeccable. Never have I met someone so passionate about design, but food as well. We had so many delicious dishes I lost count, perhaps I’ll blame the beautiful wine that was never ending! Every single thing on my plate was devoured with delight. I wish I took pictures of every meal. Our pasta was handmade, individually by each single noodle. Not only did Boni cook for us, he joined us for a chat once our dinner was over. He shared his vision with us for the future of Casa Howard, his restaurant and food making. We felt so at home and I will remember this visit for my lifetime. Boni and his family have put their whole lives into Casa Howard. They have created a true authentic Firenze experience. I’ll never forget it.
