*Overall not worth it* The lift is pretty expensive (around 30 per person) and the top isn’t so interesting. The view of course is nice but the restaurant isn’t good, the flying zip line is pretty lame and the alpine coaster is cute but very short.

避雷！工作人员有歧视行为！ Experienced discrimination here，definitely not recommend While purchasing tickets for the Rodelbahn, the staff member at the ticket counter repeatedly told my companion and me five or six times that we couldn’t bring our phones while playing, although there are signs clearly highlighted that no personal belongings, including phones, were allowed, and despite us confirming after the second time that we understood what he said and the rules. But he just keep repeat that to us several times. We asked why you keep doing that, he just answer “I know the reason”. This excessive repetition was directed solely at us, we saw other tourists buying tickets before us, the guy only remind them once. He was just assuming that we would violate the rules carrying phones to take pictures. This is so rude and left us feeling uncomfortable and singled out, possibly due to racial or gender discrimination, or perhaps both. When we reported this to the management at the information center, she dismissed our concern, insisting it wasn’t discriminatory and refusing to apologize, even though she couldn’t give a reasonable explanation to what her colleague has done. This do not make any sense. I’m sharing this to caution other travelers about the potential for discriminatory behavior at this location. Please reconsider visiting this place if you value respectful and fair treatment.

Hello Svea We are sorry that you have had an unpleasant experience with us. Unfortunately, many guests take their mobile phones with them despite repeated warnings and prohibition signs, which often leads to accidents. We are therefore forced to repeat the rules several times. We are sorry that you perceived this as discrimination. One of the best places we have been in Grindelwald , great for kids and adults ! Tobbagon and ziplining was very fun. The cable ride up was beautiful.
