Purtroppo pessima esperienza, chiedo gentilmente delucidazioni sul prezzo e vengo trattato malissimo: -“caffè americano al banco due euro, al tavolo tre, giusto?” Mi viene risposto urlando: -” certoooo!!! C’è da pagare il servizioooooo come tutti i baaar!!!!!!!!”. Io:” stavo solo chiedendo non c’è motivo di rispondere urlando”. E poi la cameriera se ne va alterata……. I prezzi oltretutto sono una fucilata e mezza per il posto che è una spremuta 6 euro!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €10–20

Felt Like a Scam – Unjustifiably High Prices and Unclear Menu I recently visited "La Caffetteria Di Porta Nuova" and left feeling completely ripped off. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as many others have shared similar experiences about the outrageous pricing and lack of transparency. The menu was inconsistent—some items had prices listed, but many did not. When I went to pay the bill, I was shocked to see how much I was being charged for items that had no pricing displayed. This lack of clarity feels intentional and borderline scam-like, the whole experience left me feeling taken advantage of. While the staff were generally polite, the overall experience was overshadowed by the feeling of being scammed. What’s even more concerning is that I feel this bar targets non-locals, as they seem to charge excessively high prices to people who aren’t from the city. I strongly advise everyone—locals and tourists alike—to be cautious when visiting this bar. The prices are unjustifiable, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere for a better and more honest experience. To clarity i took: 2 glasses of water: 0.50€ (each glass) 1 orange juice: 6,00€ 1 latte macchiato: 3,00€ 1 krapfen alla crema: 3,00€. Total: 13,00€. Price per person: €10–20
