To the caffe pascucci restaurant owner in Lugano, my son has just left a message on the review, here I am to request for the same issue, I have called earlier saying that we are currently in Milano and will be heading home after the stay here so we can’t go back to Lugano for the refund as suggested by the person who answered the phone saying that he’s not the owner and asked me to write via your website but it is an [email protected] as I am not sure if the owner will be able to get my email. Your help and refund will be appreciated thank you very much. Here’s the details of our original message: Hi, would you please forward this message to restaurant pascuccicoffe owner in Lugano Switzerland, as we have dined in here yesterday august 7th 2023 around 5pm and have tried to pay by wallet, both wise and the french banque postale debit cards but have got rejected 2 times by your credit card machine on the each payment method so around 6 times before i have to run to withdraw cash in a credit suisse near by and finally get to pay our bill of an amount of 94,80€CHF( we ordered one Margherita pizza, 4 Salumi, Napoli Anchovie pizza and a ham and tomato sandwich and a big bottle of San pelligrino of 8 Chf, ) by surprise i have got a debit notice from wise this afternoon around 1 pm showing that the same amount of 94,8CHF has been debited which means that you have double charged me for the same meal, would you please check in your account and refund me the extra amount that i paid. thank you very much for your attention and help. best wishes Andrea Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
