Caffè Negresco è vicinissimo al Chiesa S. Maria Immacolata all'Esquilino. Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, i cornetti qui sono curatissimi. È ora di degustare un delizioso cappuccino.

Ho ordinato un cappuccino ed una sfogliatella mini che nonostante il bar fosse vuoto, ci ha messo ben 10 minuti per portarmi,ed il cameriere nemmeno mi ha guardato o sorriso,o rivolto la parola. Cappuccino annacquato,sfogliatella buona. Ho preso anche un cannolo mini : 5€!! Un cappuccino e un cornetto così pessimo è veramente difficile da trovare! Cappuccino annacquato e cornetti vecchi, prezzi però cari come se fossimo chissà dove. Ambiente brutto, personale non scortese ma sicuramente non gentile nemmeno. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Tourists, please read reviews on places in Italy as much as you can. Sadly, we were so tired and hungry visiting places by foot and we needed to eat and rest so we stopped by Caffe Negresco in Rome. They received us very well. The two girls that served us were amazing. Thank you for the service girls. Then we ordered crepe with spinach and cheese for my sister and i had my rice with roasted potatoes and vegetables. They didn't clean the sand off spinach thoroughly and my sister couldn't eat her crepe with spinach and cheese. She tried to rinse her mouth with the water she had drinking it but wouldn't come off her teeth. We told the girls the situation and the girls went and told the men behind the counter and they discussed it for 5 seconds and while we were expecting an apology and offer us a different meal, they completely ignored us. After one of the girls left finishing her shift, the other one tried to not look our side in order not discuss the situation. We paid for spinach with a dirt in it in full without eating it. One plate of food wouldn't hurt them to change for a customer since they never know how much customer that one customer can pull back to them. I wonder who owns the place. It's sad to see greed even in a developing countries as Italy. I say this because we have seen places in Italy as a whole and most places seem to have customer service problems. Don't let people like that ruin your vacation but just beware. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
