È stata un esperienza davvero eccezionale ..ambiente curato nei minimi particolari,staff molto attento e disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti , cucina eccellente ,raffinata da ristorante stellato ... consiglio vivamente la struttura Service: 5

Hotel Via Veneto was an all around 5 star experience. The room was spacious and lovely. The staff, especially Roxana and Stefania were beyond helpful and went over and above to assist in any way they could. The location of this hotel was perfect and everything I needed was within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The most delicious breakfast was served and dinner was excellent. This was a most memorable trip, and I will never forget how wonderful the staff and this hotel was. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Rome. Grazie mille! Service: 5

The rooms are okay, clean enough but no individual cooling/heating and we could hear the staff’s conversations from the reception (i.e. insulation doesn’t exist, and the windows are paper thin so you hear everything from the street). The breakfast is okay, overcooked eggs and an extremely long wait - more worth it to not have it included. The location is decent, a bit off but in a safe neighborhood. I have seen the hotel’s rude replies to other reviews with unhappy guests, but they themselves say ”long live education and good behavior”. They have hung up on my boyfriend not once, not twice, but three times in three days, and more importantly, they have made an unauthorized charge on our card AFTER our stay where they had already confirmed several times that everything was settled. I wish I would have read how they treat past customers with their replies on google maps reviews earlier, then I would have never booked with them - the other reviewers are correct in their reviews and the hotel’s replies says everything you need to know about them.
