Cozy cafe. Their iced latte was good. They have a limited menu of cakes but the one I had was delicious. Friendly staff. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 1–10

I've been to Cafe Zwei 3-4 times and each time the service was unfriendly, almost rude. Gave Cafe 2 several chances because I actually think the food and drink offering is great. But unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

However, we think that simply giving 1 star without taking the time to explain what you didn't like about us doesn't help you, our future guests, or us as a Cafe Zwei team to improve. We try to do our best every day to make our guests feel comfortable with us. We are happy to receive feedback so that we can make our “oasis” even better and improve ourselves in our daily work. The core of a rating or feedback is to say what you liked or disliked. Without your lines, they simply tell us "it's bad here." This is not fair and destructive. Giving 1 stars is quick and easy - with the push of a button. Operating a restaurant is a daily challenge and requires tireless effort.
