I first discovered this coffee shop a year ago in Rorschach. While my initial experience wasn't my favorite, I decided to give their Arbon location a try, and I’m so glad I did. Up until recently, I absolutely loved it! I’ve even driven out of my way multiple times just to get their delicious coffee. My go-to drink has always been consistently well-made and amazing. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was quite disappointing. My order was prepared incorrectly—it was missing the syrup, lacked the usual amount of ice, and the whipped cream wasn't up to their usual standard. When I went inside to ask about the difference, the staff member was unfortunately not very welcoming, and the interaction felt a bit dismissive. I really enjoy this location and its usual quality, so I hope this was just an off day for customer service and drink preparation...

I was dissatisfied by my visit. The service was delayed, and my coffee was not prepared as promised. Although the atmosphere appeared to be pleasant, the total experience fell short of my expectations. I hope they can enhance their consistency.
