Ottima pizzeria, locale molto carino e piuttosto frequentato. Clientela generalmente giovane con posti a sedere anche fuori, in un’area della città molto piacevole in cui trascorrere la serata. Scelta di pizze super limitata e dritti al punto! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We were apparently very lucky with Pizza Derby - we managed to get a table immediately without any waiting. A friend had warned me that the place can get really busy and that she hadn’t even been able to find a seat on a previous visit, so getting a table straight away felt like a small victory. :) We ordered pizza and beer, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable from the start. The service was impressively fast, friendly and polite, without ever feeling rushed. What I particularly liked was the atmosphere. Despite being a popular place, it felt surprisingly relaxed and rather calm - very chilled and easy-going. It’s a place where you can comfortably sit, have a beer, enjoy your pizza and just spend some time without feeling that you need to leave as soon as you finish eating. The interior deserves a special mention as well. It has a cool loft-like, slightly industrial feeling, combined with bold artwork that reminded me of graffiti - but done in a really beautiful and stylish way. The result is distinctive and a little edgy without becoming chaotic. It gives Pizza Derby a character of its own. Overall, I really liked the vibe here: good pizza, beer, quick and friendly service, a very cool interior and a relaxed atmosphere. I can definitely understand why it gets crowded - and next time I’ll know that getting a table immediately might not be quite as easy as it was this time. :).
