The tartine saumon was very good. The slices of salmon were thick and had a good mouth feel. Tastes delicious. The tortilla was a bit too wet for my liking. The cafe is modern, clean and comfy (it can get noisy when it is packed). Overall good atmosphere and a nice cafe along Servette. Café Bourdon is a true hidden gem. The cuisine is delicious (plus local products), with a varied choice of simple but excellent dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Prosecco and the regional wines, which accompanied my meal perfectly. I had the eggs Benedict, my friends the salmon toast and the tortilla. We also enjoyed dessert. The place is pleasant, clean and comfortable, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a nice brunch-style meal. It’s a superb discovery that I recommend.
